Product Feature: The Z-shaped purlin formed by purlin forming machine have excellent anti-bending property and are easy to install. They are widely used as the supporter of roof and wall in large-scale and mid-scale construction, such as factory, warehouse, garage, exhibition center, cinema, theatre, garden and so on.

Machine's components: One Purline Forming Machine can produce many sizes of purline. Purlin forming machine mainly consists of uncoiler, coil sheet guiding device, flattening device, roll forming system, punching equipment, cutting equipment, hydraulic station, PLC controlling system and support table.

1 Suitable Material: Cold-rolled steel strip and heat-treated galvanized steel strip;
2. Thickness of raw material: 1.5_3.0mm
3. Material of roller: Cr12 mould steel being quenched treatment, with digital-controlled procession, which ensures the rollers' hardness to be HR60 and durable.
4. Cutter blade Cr12 mould steel with quenched treatment
5. Forming speed: About 10-12m/min
